Warehouse Associate - Runner

Warehouse Operations The rotation is as follows: Essential Job Functions: Must be able to work in various temperatures, freezer (-35), grocery, and cooler (30 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit). Must be able to stand for long hours. (10 hours min.) Must be able to bend, twist, climb, and lift 5 to 20 lbs. constantly, 15 to 30 lbs. frequently, and 30 to 50 lbs. occasionally Must be able to stand and walk 7 to 10 hours per day Must be able to work six days per week and sometimes a shift with over twelve hours Must be able to work a rotational schedule with mandatory overtime Must have a clear understanding of HACCP, GMP, and OSHA guidelines in order to work safely and efficiently Position Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving Runner Use a pallet jack and/or stand up forklift when needed. Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries Good understanding of Warehouse layout in order to run product Accurately locate items in Warehouse according to PO and other corresponding labels Communicate consistently and efficiently with Receiving team Handle and package product carefully and in a sanitary manner Must be able to build pallets proactively to prevent product damage Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries Responsible for making sure the quality of the produce is good before it goes out.
