We are currently seeking a skilled Urology Physician for a temporary role in Bismarck, ND, to support clinic and call coverage at St. Alexius Health. Your clinical skills will directly impact patient care during scheduled and emergent cases, including cystoscopies and dilation procedures, in a well-equipped facility with experienced support staff. Required Skills: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with valid ND medical license Board certification or eligibility in Urology Proficiency in cystoscopy, dilation procedures, and other standard urological interventions Demonstrated ability to perform clinic and surgical procedures independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience with post-op patient management and inpatient consults Familiarity with robotics or advanced surgical techniques (although not required) Prior locum or temporary staffing experience Ability to handle a small patient volume efficiently Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school At least 2 years of clinical Urology experience Previous credentialing with hospital systems is advantageous but not mandatory Other Requirements: Credentialing in North Dakota, including DEA and state licensing Ability to work scheduled blocks as outlined, including weekends and holidays Compliance with all credentialing and documentation requirements within 90 days of start No out-of-country travel required; accommodations available nearby Seize this excellent opportunity to advance your Urology career with flexible scheduling, attractive pay, and a supportive team environment.
