A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate II - OB/GYN.
Key Responsibilities Processes check-in/check-out and scheduling of patient appointments via EPIC Obtains pre-certifications and/or pre-authorizations for procedures Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates patient/provider concerns as appropriate Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred Adherence to HIPAA privacy and security requirements Ability to interact with patients/visitors in a professional manner Familiarity with insurance verification and referral processes
