Key Responsibilities Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims Conduct emergency adjuster call outs via three-way calls with clients Process emergency or catastrophe event FNOL Required Qualifications High school diploma is required 1-2 years of face-to-face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience Strong computer and keyboard skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work weekends and shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM
