A company is looking for a Senior Authorizer.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process requests for claim approvals, reviewing and negotiating claims to ensure equitable costs Research and purchase parts and equipment for claims resolution, maintaining accurate inventory data Complete assigned tasks from the daily task queue and assist with complex claims as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred technical certificate 2 years of experience in a customer service environment 5 years of hands-on technical trade experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance maintenance Proficiency in multiple trades and experience with job costing and purchasing processes Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
