Senior Director of Customs & Trade Compliance (Hybrid) Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to lead and evolve our Customs & Trade Compliance function. This executive-level role combines regulatory expertise, proven people leadership, and a passion for AI, automation, and innovation to modernize global trade operations. Location: Hybrid / Remote (with travel as needed) What You'll Do Serve (or progress to serve) as the company's Licensed Customs Broker of Record Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, import/export regulations, HTS classification, and AD/CVD Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders Champion AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT Act as executive, client-facing authority on customs and regulatory matters What We're Looking For Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) required 10+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics 5+ years of people leadership experience Deep knowledge of HTS, ADD/CVD, PGA filings, audits, and enforcement actions Experience with CargoWise, ACE, automated classification, OCR, or AI-enabled workflows a plus Why Join Us Executive visibility and influence Opportunity to build teams and shape the future of trade compliance Organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement
