Principal Workday HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Sr Workday HCM and Security Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases Support clients during Annual Events such as Talent/Performance and Open Enrollment Required Qualifications and Education: Minimum of two years of Workday HCM and Security experience as a lead consultant Workday Partner Certifications required: HCM Core and at least one additional module Employment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
