A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Supervisor to develop and implement a global trade compliance program. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Global Trade Compliance professionals while improving compliance processes and tools Oversee compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, including audits and risk assessments Supervise ECCN classifications and manage licensing applications under EAR/ITAR Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in Global Trade Compliance 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing compliance teams Hands-on experience with complex import/export regulations Strong working knowledge of ACE reporting and ITAR regulations Experience in highly regulated manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
