Medical Customer Service Rep

Medical Customer Service Rep LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in South Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, contract opportunity. This role will be a high-volume call center type position answering incoming calls and performing outbound calls when needed. This position will be the initial contact for patients for general inquiries regarding insurance benefits, scheduling questions, collection past due balances, and helping with other questions as needed. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
