Medical Customer Service Rep LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Customer Service Rep for our healthcare client located in South Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, contract opportunity. This role will be a high-volume call center type position answering incoming calls and performing outbound calls when needed. This position will be the initial contact for patients for general inquiries regarding insurance benefits, scheduling questions, collection past due balances, and helping with other questions as needed. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative/medical call center experience Must have proficiency working within multiple database systems including Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication, especially phone etiquette Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
