In-Home Personal Caregiver Brand new agency with tons of opportunity! As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Personal Caregiver to provide non-medical assistance and companionship to clients in their homes. The ideal caregiver is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors and individuals maintain independence and quality of life. This role is perfect for caregivers, home health aides (HHA), personal care aides (PCA), CNAs, or individuals with caregiving experience. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when needed Monitor client condition and report changes to care team Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care aide preferred (not required) Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and respect client privacy Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Referral bonuses Supportive and friendly team environment Why Join Us?
