A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to end users in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide frontline technical assistance and support to end users via phone, chat, or email Install, modify, or repair computer hardware and software, and troubleshoot related issues Document end user queries, problems, and solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Required Qualifications Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Previous experience with Microsoft products is required Understanding of basic PC and printer hardware Experience in a call center environment Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
