A leading global law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team in Washington, D.C. Who You Are You have a bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience in law firm/accounting firm recruitment, college recruitment, or similar Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Able to work occasional overtime and travel for key initiatives What Youll Do Support candidate outreach, campus activity logistics, and elements of the summer associate program Build interview schedules, prepare materials for hiring discussions, and manage follow?ups Coordinate summer associate assignments, training sessions, and office engagement activities Assist with onboarding timelines and orientation operations Track recruiting and development budgets and collaborate with global TA/TD partners Contribute to office-wide projects tied to recruiting and professional development What Success Looks Like Interview and recruiting workflows run efficiently with clear communication Summer associates receive an organized, engaging program experience New hires onboard smoothly with well-planned schedules Attorney development programs are executed reliably and drive participation Budgets remain accurate and well-monitored Salary Range: $67,000 83,000 annually, based on experience Location: Washington, D.C.
