Job Purpose Reports to the Manager/Supervisor, in the Global Subsea Drilling Organization. Job Description This position is responsible for creation and maintenance of project schedules, managing change requests, and delivering project metrics. Create and maintain Quotation, Forecast, and Backlog project schedules. Work with the Project Manager(s), Commercial Department, Lead Project Scheduler (if necessary), Product Planner, Product and Service Value Streams, and Global Planning System to effectively set-up project schedule(s) in Primavera up to and including Baseline and release of the project schedule inclusive of all products and services (PMPE, equipment, tooling, service personnel). Responsible to maintain project schedules until project close-out. Managing change requests through the life of a project - this will entail scenario (what-if) planning, advising impact of change, and finalizing the change agreed to by the Customer. Attend and support commercial meetings, project meetings, S&OP process, and deliver project metrics. You Are Meant For This Job If: Education: Undergraduate degree required; technical background is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5+ years using Primavera P6 with advanced proficiency. Certifications: APICS or PMI preferred. Skills: Strong project scheduling knowledge (including Critical Path Method), advanced analytical/problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Communication: Ability to clearly convey complex concepts, collaborate across global teams, and interact with multiple stakeholders. Business Knowledge: Familiarity with MRP systems (SAP), LEAN processes, and engineering BOMs/EEP preferred. Accountability: Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver on assigned tasks with organizational impact. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast paced office atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change. Frequent interaction with Supply Chain (inclusive procurement and production), Project Management and Engineering. Frequent engagement with contacts around the globe.
