Warehouse Laborer Callahan Construction Managers is a full-service construction management company based in Bridgewater MA, with regional offices in White Plains, NY. Callahan has the unique ability to self-perform work. This division is responsible for self-performing the entire General Conditions package. Controlling this scope of work allows us to provide support, control, leverage, and value opportunities, while proactively addressing issues that could impact budget and schedule. Essential Functions: Help organize, stock, and work in Callahan's warehouse and support all needs including stocking, inventory, counting, sorting, packing/unpacking of warehouse products in support of Callahan's team. Main Job Duties: Promote the Callahan safety culture and always lead by example Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand and/or by using equipment such as a forklift Counting, sorting, packing and unpacking products of various sizes and weights to ensure that shipments are safe and accurate Keeping inventory of products in the warehouse and ensuring that all items are in the correct place and ordered as needed Keeping the warehouse neat, clean, and organized Working with others within the warehouse and the larger Callahan staff to ensure that product is available as needed Great partnership within the warehouse and with warehouse and team managers to ensure daily functions and procedures are completed accurately and on time Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency Excellent organizational and time management skills Team player and ability to get along with others Valid driver's license Clean driving record this role will be required to submit annual motor vehicle records checks Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs. or more) All qualified applicants will be afforded equal opportunity.
