Duties Provides hands-on supervision of all restaurant operations, occasionally assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking to set the pace and ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours. Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, recipes, and procedures, while also monitoring guest flow and service ticket times to maintain consistency. Manages the guest experience by providing information, conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining order, seeking assistance from military police when necessary. Handles administrative and financial duties, including overseeing cash and inventory, supervising employee timekeeping and performance reporting, and performing opening/closing security checks. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3. This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation. A food handler's certificate is required. Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds. Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events. A physical examination, arranged by the employer, is required prior to employment. Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment. Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: six (6) months of experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member, AND good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, AND ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate.
