Strong understanding of compliance regulations and payroll processing requirements. Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with HRIS systems to manage employee information effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with employee relations and onboarding processes. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. Bonus: Experience with Canadian payroll and compliance processes.
