A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) to engage with patients and promote pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program Educate patients on the services offered by the pharmacy program Maintain confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician license required 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related field High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred National certification from PTCB or equivalent is preferred but not required Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
