Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families Lead clinical intakes, set treatment plans, and monitor client progress Create engaging clinical content and assist with translating best practices into digital interventions Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in child and family therapy; licensed in New Jersey (LAC, LAMFT) Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availability Strong clinical skills and creativity in designing therapy for young clients At least 750 supervision hours remaining toward licensure
