A company is looking for an Advanced Perf Test Specialist. Key Responsibilities Define and integrate software architecture for the Insurance domain Conduct gap analysis and support solution design while acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams Provide training and mentoring to team members and explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in B.E, B Tech or related field 12 to 18 years of experience in the Annuity and Life Insurance domain 10+ years in a Test Manager role with experience in Java, Selenium, Automation testing, and Performance testing Strong knowledge of functional testing and life insurance processes Experience working within an Agile development lifecycle and SCRUM methodologies
