Key Responsibilities Input, maintain, and report on lease data and related documentation Oversee reconciliation of rents and operating expenses for each location Maintain positive relationships with landlords and property managers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 2+ years of experience in lease administration or commercial property accounting Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with lease administration software preferred; familiarity with Lucernex desired Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and basic Excel formulas
