Key Responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels and negotiate fair injury settlements Required Qualifications Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones Experience in claims adjusting or a related field Familiarity with negotiation processes and settlement practices Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities effectively Proficient in using innovative platforms and tools for communication and case management
