Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding procedures Track employee training and compliance with credentialing requirements Address employee concerns and support performance-related conversations during training Required Qualifications 2-4 years of HR or onboarding experience Knowledge of HR compliance and multi-state employment laws Experience with payroll systems, preferably Paylocity Strong organizational and time management skills Technical skills in Google Workspace and Canva preferred
