A company is looking for a Project Manager- Infrastructure M&A. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand M&A integration objectives and ensure IT alignment Engage with acquired company resources to articulate integration vision and maintain relationships Manage IT integration efforts, ensuring alignment of IT infrastructure, processes, and technology Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT work experience, including mergers and acquisitions experience Experience leading IT integration efforts for acquired companies 7+ years of Waterfall experience with budgetary responsibilities for large programs/projects Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience Related certification preferred
