A company is looking for an Industry Customer Enablement Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Drive the commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across 3-5 enterprise accounts Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever for customer adoption and expansion Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs, including diagnostics and execution Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in sales or technical enablement, customer success operations, or project management Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts Deep understanding of the enterprise landscape and cultural nuances in customer engagement Strong background in program management and learning & development design Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training initiatives
