A company is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead and develop its partner strategy in the legal tech and enterprise software space. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the partner strategy, prioritizing high-leverage partner types and building repeatable revenue motions Build and scale channel and revenue partnerships, including referral and reseller programs, to generate qualified pipeline Provide market intelligence and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on strategy and accelerate growth Required Qualifications 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading partner programs Proven success in building and scaling partner motions that deliver measurable revenue and ecosystem impact Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing partners to drive qualified leads and adoption Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs and using data to optimize partner programs
