ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Techno Functional Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute ServiceNow HRSD instance merge activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture Perform data conversion validation, identify discrepancies, and remediate configuration or data issues Provide expert guidance and consulting to HR project teams on instance merge strategy and HRSD capabilities Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience Proven experience completing at least one HRSD core instance merge Strong experience with data conversion validation and instance comparison methodologies Deep understanding of ServiceNow product differences and platform capabilities Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro)
