A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist and Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities Advocate for employees by providing guidance on People Ops processes and programs Serve as a primary People Business Partner, advising on people strategy and organizational design Create and improve People Ops documentation and workflows while ensuring compliance with employment laws Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in a technology company Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems is preferred Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets is required Solid knowledge of HR practices and federal/state employment laws PHR/SPHR certification (or similar) is a plus
