A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to build and enhance its recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruiting, managing multiple searches across functions and levels Rebuild and elevate the recruiting foundation by improving processes and setting high hiring standards Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with company priorities and use data to inform decisions Required Qualifications 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech Experience hiring for go-to-market roles such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse Demonstrated ownership and a hands-on approach to recruiting processes
