Project Manager 3

A company is looking for a Project Manager 3 to lead cross-functional programs delivering telecommunications solutions for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Own customer onboarding programs, ensuring transparency in scope, schedules, and risks Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle, coordinating service optimization and issue resolution Lead multitrack programs across networking and cybersecurity platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and managing complex migrations Required Qualifications 7+ years in customer-facing operations and 5+ years in program/project management Proven experience in multisite enterprise deployments across WAN/SDWAN, SASE, and managed cybersecurity solutions ITIL practitioner certification (or equivalent experience) and vendor technology certifications; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet; experience with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies Telecom carrier/service provider experience preferred, with familiarity in OSS/BSS and provisioning systems
