A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations personnel.
Key Responsibilities Provide daily support to new branches for up to 60 days and assist existing branches with new employees Oversee the ticket system and provide loan-level support, including pipeline management Offer feedback and coaching to enhance file quality and collaborate with the Branch Support Manager Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans Previous exposure to Mortgage Sales or Branch operations preferred Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID and RESPA
