Job Title: Material Handler Location: Faribault, MN Compensation: $15.00–$20.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: Weekend Shift | 5:00am-5:30pm | Friday-Sunday Job Type: Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll conduct material transactions and support production in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler: Conduct material transactions according to production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP) Learn to operate various forklifts Read and understand job travelers and sales orders Perform cycle counts Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role: High school diploma or GED Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect purchased parts Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and set priorities Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and coordination abilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English Willingness to participate in a pre-employment physical and drug test Why You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
