Where You Will Work Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you'll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working caf, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. What You Will Do This position will support cross-functional projects in partnership with the central finance team while developing expertise in FMI finance applications and reporting systems. Ability to assist with projects, group tasks, assignments, and financial modeling under close supervision. Willingness to learn and maintain foundational knowledge of reporting systems and applications (e.g., Power BI, OneStream) to support team activities. Basic skills in data manipulation and reporting tools, with the ability to extract, sort, and analyze data while seeking guidance to ensure accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills to support the creation and delivery of development plans for site finance teams. Ability to contribute to finance-related projects by completing assigned tasks, coordinating with team members, and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables under direct supervision. Capacity to perform routine responsibilities across multiple finance and accounting functions (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting) to support cross-functional operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. What You Bring to Freeport Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field, and two (2) years of related experience in economic analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, or systems and reporting development, including at least one (1) year in financial modeling or analytical role. OR Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field, and one (1) years of related experience in economic analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, or systems and reporting development, including at least one (1) year in financial modeling or analytical role. Preferred Qualifications Experience with OneStream. Experience with financial modeling. Mining or manufacturing industry experience Experience with MS Excel and Power Query Basic database understanding What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $73,500-$101,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
