Pricing Analyst Reporting into the Pricing Lead, the Pricing Analyst will be based out of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This role supports strategic pricing initiatives by collaborating across commercial, customer service, and product management teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate pricing records, assisting with price performance analysis, and ensuring timely execution of pricing initiatives to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the commercial team to identify pricing opportunities, track execution, and develop performance metrics. Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and accurate updates to price. Ensure accurate billing of surcharges across relevant transactions. Partner with leadership to develop segmented price ranges by product group, identifying outliers and driving improvements. Manage detailed pricing activities including entry, maintenance, and creation of price quotations. Conduct research and provide justification for price changes. Maintain and update rebate structures in alignment with pricing strategies. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Ensure accuracy in initial price entry with strong attention to detail. Deliver efficient price quote turnaround with a strong sense of urgency. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data visualization tools (Power BI). Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong initiative to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Preferred Experience: Industry experience in Paint and Coatings, Composites, or Raw Material supply. SAP experience is strongly preferred 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Planning and Analysis or related roles High comfort level with SAP or similar ERP systems, with the ability to learn new transactions.
