Key Responsibilities Plans, trains, and supervises staff delivering program-specific services Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains professional communication Completes documentation and participates in administrative meetings as needed Required Qualifications Master's Degree in a mental health discipline Four (4) years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field Possession of a clinical license for independent service provision (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work graduates Preferred one (1) year of prior supervisory experience
