Project Manager (Steel)

Structural Steel Project Manager gpac is partnered with a successful Steel Fabricator that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. The right candidate would have experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication. Our client fabricates structural and miscellaneous steel for multiple sectors of the construction industry. Software experience with Tekla PowerFab is a major plus while steel fabrication project management experience is required. Qualifications for Structural Steel Project Manager: 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry Ground up Steel Construction Project Experience Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent organizational and communication skills Responsibilities for Structural Steel Project Manager: Coordinate and communicate with team members Develop and maintain relationships with clients Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules Monitor and review changes in project scope Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies Compensation/Benefits for Structural Steel Project Manager: $80,000 - $100,000+ base salary Negotiable Benefits Performance Bonus All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
