A company is looking for a mid-level, full-time L&D & Assessment Support Contractor. Key Responsibilities Support drafting, refinement, and formatting of assessment items based on provided frameworks Maintain documentation repositories and record updates to Skills Taxonomy and Skills Mapping processes Assist in data annotation workflows and ensure adherence to quality standards Required Qualifications Experience or education in Learning & Development, instructional design, or teaching Experience supporting structured data workflows such as data annotation or labeling Proficient in Google Workspace and basic project-tracking tools Full-time availability and ability to work from the US or LATAM time zones Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workflows
