Key Responsibilities Manage the maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation to repair technician custody Document customer interactions accurately in company systems Provide exceptional customer service and proactively schedule maintenance and repairs Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience is preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new IT systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
