Highway Construction Project Manager Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Lead highway construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards with proactive adjustments Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout project execution What Are We Looking For Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to oversee complex construction projects Proven capability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Clear communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt to changing conditions Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Work Environment This role involves both office-based planning and on-site project oversight. Travel to construction sites will be required, with exposure to outdoor working conditions and active highway environments.
