Student Intern- Service Operations (Dedham) Job Category: Service Ops Requisition Number: STUDE001173 Full-Time Hybrid Hourly Range: $23.08 USD to $30.77 USD Dedham, MA 02026, USA Description Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with inbound claims calls from insureds, claimants, repair shops, agents, and other claim participants. Set up and extend rental vehicles for eligible claims. Process glass claims. Handle policy cancellations and related service requests. Manage and monitor the eSubro Hub inbox. Index claim documents accurately into the claims management system. Support adjusters and team members with service-related tasks. Gain understanding of insurance claims operations, workflows, and compliance. Develop professional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Projects/Opportunities Identify process improvements within claims call handling and service tasks. Analyze common customer inquiries to suggest service enhancements. Gain cross-department exposure by participating in projects or initiatives within Agency Services and Billing Services to understand broader operational processes. Desired Qualifications and Skills High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Energetic and willing to be part of the team
