Indiana Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to collaborate with stakeholders on health initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support initiatives related to CAHPS, HEDIS, NCQA, and other quality improvement efforts Manage project execution, including gathering requirements, creating plans, and overseeing resources Communicate program status and coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet business objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management Health care experience preferred, especially with Medicaid beneficiaries 3+ years of experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA highly preferred 3+ years of experience in strategy development and implementation preferred
