Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, support, and operations Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured interview loops Build recruiting infrastructure and track funnel metrics to report insights to leadership Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech startups Technical recruiting experience with a strong understanding of assessing engineers Experience in recruiting for go-to-market roles such as AEs, SDRs, and Ops Ability to run searches end-to-end without coordinator support Organized operator who thrives in ambiguity and builds systems from scratch
