Bridge Superintendent

Bridge Superintendent As a Bridge Superintendent, you'll play a critical leadership role in planning, managing, and overseeing the successful execution of heavy highway projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a Bridge Superintendent you will... Lead all phases of heavy highway projects including planning, execution, and closeout Manage building and construction project budgets, change orders, schedules, and procurement in Rochester, New York Supervise field operations and coordinate subcontractors and crews Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports Collaborate with clients, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues Monitor and ensure quality control across all aspects of the project Maintain project documentation and reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
