California Licensed Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager to provide project engineering support and direction to manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and manage capital projects including equipment and facility upgrades Prepare RFQs, engineering bid specifications, and project success criteria Coordinate facility construction and installation of equipment with contractors and personnel Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, PE preferred Minimum of 10 years experience in food manufacturing operations with project management experience Experience in CAD, mechanical/civil, and electrical engineering Previous experience in the oils, spreads, and dressing industry is a plus Firm knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and government regulations applicable to food manufacturing
