Workday QA Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Workday QA Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Establish and scale a Quality Assurance function, defining ownership, processes, and operating standards Own the Quality Assurance function end-to-end, ensuring consistent quality and continuous improvement across supported projects Lead the transition of QA and back-office work from onshore teams to enable effective offshore delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management, staffing operations, consultant management, or quality assurance Fluent in English - C1 or C2 level Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred Familiarity with project execution, including financial management and contractual management
