Sr. Program Management Analyst Nakupuna Federal is looking for a Sr. Program Management Analyst to lead our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVAIR PMA-275. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in NAVAIR Program Office support, specifically program/project management. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities: ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience. Proficient with using the AMS. Familiar with ACAT level programs. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES. Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs. Education and Experience: MA/MS degree and over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 12 years experience allowed. Location: Work will be performed at the Pentagon, in Arlington, Virginia Clearance Requirements: This position requires clearance of TOP SECRET/SCI. Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
