Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a marketing automation roadmap in collaboration with product, tech, and marketing teams Create go-to-market strategies for new consumer-facing products while balancing commercial opportunities and user experience Utilize data and AI tools to enhance user experience and retention rates Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in a Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations, or Automation role Relevant experience and/or relevant college degree Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Experience in gaming or consumer-facing apps Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter attitude
