A company is looking for a Channel Sales/Strategic Partnerships Lead (BESS) to develop and manage strategic partnerships in the energy storage ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with established developers, ESCOs, and integrators to build long-term partnerships Structure partnership models and lead negotiations on agreements to support project deployment Collaborate with partners to position sodium-ion BESS as a viable alternative and support full lifecycle solutions Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management in energy storage or related sectors Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields Demonstrated success in working with EPCs, integrators, and project developers Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project finance concepts Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
