Large Loss Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Large Loss Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Performs file reviews for complex projects or cases in litigation, analyzes data, and reports findings May review cases to determine if Closed Without Payment (CWP) is appropriate given gross tort value exposure Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues Required Qualifications Extensive experience managing high severity injury and complex auto liability claims Experience with rejected tenders and matters requiring extra contractual evaluation Ability to handle policy limits up to $300,000 Demonstrated sound judgment in assessing risk and developing trial strategy Commercial and litigation experience are highly desirable
