A company is looking for a Role Mapping Lead III to drive the access management strategy in a high-impact SAP transformation.
Key Responsibilities Lead user-to-role mapping execution across SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors platforms Partner with cross-functional teams to validate end user access and confirm role designs Monitor progress, identify gaps, and prepare regular status updates and risk reports Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in ERP role mapping, access provisioning, or security design (preferably SAP) Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security and role structures Strong organizational skills to manage complex datasets Effective cross-functional coordination skills Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls is preferred
