Registered Nurse (RN) - Compact State

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work from home. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services Conduct nursing assessments using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines Identify patient care needs and make appropriate health care referrals while adhering to company policies Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks Experience in telephone triage and knowledge of health benefit plans is preferred but not required
